NEW HEAD CHEF & NEW NOVEMBER A LA CARTE MENU
We are thrilled that Stephen Duffield has joined us from The Crown in Southwold as our new Head Chef. Stephen brings with him an invaluable knowledge of not only the local and East Anglian market, but a huge passion for using produce from East Anglia, and a love of bees! Stephen said, “I am thrilled to be taking The Hog Hotel to the next stage of their menu development, crafting homely and delicious yet beautifully presented food that people really want to eat. Some of my signature dishes will become apparent to regulars, and I am delighted with the free reign that I have been given on suppliers to develop the bar and restaurant menu.”
Now also taking bookings for Christmas lunches and dinners from December 1st to 22nd.
Restaurant is open Thursday to Saturday 6pm- 10pm (last orders 9pm)
